WHAT IS LOBBE'S RETURN POLICY?

While designing our products, we aim to ensure that you exhibit your maximum performance. If our products did not turn out the way you wanted, we can help you. We give you 50 days to try the products you buy from Lobbe with the confidence of knowing that you can return the product you want for any reason within this period. You can return unused and unwashed items even after 50 days.

Please note that we will cover the shipping costs for returns.

How do I return my Lobbe order?

Can I change my Lobbe order?
The best way to change your order is to place a new order for the item you want and return the item you already have.

How can I return defective or faulty products?
We stand behind all our shoes and equipment. Return the item if the item is defective or faulty and less than 50 days have passed since your Lobbe purchase. If it has been more than 50 days since the product was purchased, please call us to return the product.
