PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FORM
This Preliminary Information Form contains the information that must be made by the Seller in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts before the establishment of the Distance Sales Agreement to be concluded with the Seller, the information provided below. This information has been provided for commercial purposes in a way that protects adults who lack the power to distinguish between non-adults and restricted adults within the framework of good faith principles. This Pre-Disclosure Form is an October and integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement to be concluded with the Seller, the information about which is given below.

The product/products subject to the Contract are delivered to the Buyer or the person/organization at the address indicated within this 30 (thirty) day period, depending on the distance of the Buyer's delivery address for each product, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 (thirty) days after the order reaches the Seller.

BUYER'S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Recipient, assuming without any reason and without any legal or criminal liability, a contract for the delivery of the goods, the purchaser or the purchaser from the date of receipt of goods specified by the third party's service related to the performance of the contract in the contract, from the day of inception 14 (fourteen) days may use the right of withdrawal. In addition to the goods subject to return, the invoice, box, packaging, standard accessories, if any, and other products gifted due to the purchase of this product must also be returned to the Seller in full and undamaged. The buyer must use the goods in accordance with their operation, technical characteristics and instructions for use during the withdrawal period, otherwise he is responsible for any changes and breakdowns that occur in the goods.
CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

Contracts for goods or services, the price of which varies depending on fluctuations in the financial markets and is not under the control of the seller or provider.
Contracts on goods that are drawn up in accordance with the wishes or personal needs of the consumer.
Contracts for the delivery of goods that may deteriorate quickly or expire.
Contracts for the delivery of goods that have been opened with protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package after delivery; those that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene.
Contracts for goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be decomposed by nature.
Contracts for books, digital content and computer consumables presented in a material environment if protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after the delivery of the goods.
Contracts for the delivery of periodicals, such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided for under the subscription agreement.
Contracts for the evaluation of leisure, which must be concluded on a certain date or period, for the purpose of accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply, as well as for entertainment or recreation.
Contracts for services performed instantly in electronic form or for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
Contracts for services, the execution of which was started with the consent of the consumer, before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period.
SELLER'S METHOD OF RESOLVING COMPLAINTS
The Buyer may submit complaints about the purchased goods and/or services directly to the Seller (using the contact addresses specified above under the heading Seller's Information). If the complaint is submitted, the Seller will provide all possible support to resolve the issue.
RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
In case of disputes related to the contract, applications for disputes may be made to the Arbitration Committees for Consumer Issues at the place where the Buyer purchased the product or resides, up to the value announced by the Ministry of Customs and Trade every year, and to the Consumer Courts in case of disputes above this value.
Other Information:
The Seller may supply the Buyer with a different product of equal quality and price before the expiration of the performance obligation arising from the Contract, provided that it is based on a justifiable reason and informs the Buyer and explicitly receives his approval.
In cases where it becomes impossible to perform the delivery of the ordered goods or services, the Seller notifies the Buyer in writing or with the permanent data provider within 3 (three) days of receipt of this situation, and returns all paid payments, including delivery costs, if any, to the Buyer no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of notification.
